At Abarnaslifestyle, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy below to understand our guidelines.

Order Cancellations
Please note that order cancellations are not accepted after the order has been placed.

Returns
We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

  • A package opening video is required for any return requests. Without this video, returns will not be accepted.
  • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item by emailing us at support@abarnaslifestyle.com. Ensure the subject line reads “DAMAGED” and include your Order ID along with a description of the damage.
  • If you receive a tampered package, please do not accept it. We will not be responsible for items found damaged if a tampered package has been accepted.
  • Once we acknowledge your request, please return the item via India Post registered parcel within 1-2 days to our address. We will refund the shipping cost to you within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • You may opt for a refund or an exchange for the same item (if available) or another item.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Items with stains, body odors, perfume scents, marks, damages, or water stains will not be accepted.
  • We recommend that you handle the item with care during the trial period to preserve its condition.

Item Variations
Please note that:

  • Returns will not be accepted with the fact that product does not exactly match the picture or have a different texture/material than what is visible. Photos are digitally enhanced, and actual products may slightly differ due to various factors such as lighting or photography techniques.
  • Handmade products such as those with block prints or Kalamkaris may exhibit natural imperfections like stains, misprints, or overlapped prints. These are inherent to the craft and are not considered damage.

Non-returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Accessories

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear. If you still have not received the refund, please contact us at support@abarnaslifestyle.com.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not refundable.
